We can provide these images in a traditional PDF report format that outlines concerns found during the inspection and recommendations for proper repairs, or upload them to our cloud reporting platform which produces a large format stitched image or a 3D model that can easily be annotated, measured, and shared with other construction managers, building owners, or the appropriate repair personnel.
Aerial Infrared Roof Inspections
BDG’s aerial drone thermal infrared roof inspections are ideal for determining active roof leaks during due diligence of commercial or multi-family property acquisitions and can significantly reduce the time and expense of commercial roof inspections when compared to conventional methods. This thermal imaging service is performed just after sunset to detect warm trapped moisture under the roofing membrane. We can detect otherwise unobservable areas of water damage without requiring roof access or causing disruption to the occupants of the building.
