Aerial inspections are quickly becoming a powerful tool for building inspections. This aerial data is used for effective quality control, asset management, investigations, and project documentation.
We are FAA Authorized Commercial sUAS Remote Pilots with a current inventory of four aircraft specially equipped with high-resolution camera systems.
The FAA has also granted BDG a 14 CFR 107.29 Daylight Operation Waiver allowing us to perform nighttime aerial operations. This waiver will allow us to perform aerial infrared roof inspections throughout the United States.
Our FLIR equipped sUAS aircraft features a Zenmuse XT 640×512 resolution radiometric infrared camera that can produce the same high-resolution images and video that our clients are accustomed to seeing.
The applications for aerial thermography are endless:
- Commercial roof inspections
- Solar panel field surveys
- Building energy performance surveys
- Transmission line inspections
- Agricultural surveys
- Search & rescue missions
Other sUAS services will focus on construction and infrastructure inspections. This includes cell towers, bridge inspections, construction sites, and construction project monitoring.
Building and construction site inspections can be a simple one-time aerial image or multiple images over a specific period. In addition, we will offer 3D building and construction site modeling services using an enhanced web-based monitoring platform.
