Our Residential Services Include:

• Pre-listing high-resolution infrared thermography scan to detect potential hidden water intrusions such as roof leaks, window leaks, plumbing leaks, and foundation leaks.
• Pre-purchased high-resolution infrared thermography services. This service is typically an additional service after a home inspector raises the concern of potential water intrusions.
• Post storm high-resolution infrared thermography services to detect water damage for insurance claims.
• Pre-closing (new construction) high-resolution infrared thermography inspections to ensure the proper construction of a new home. We also perform End of Warranty Inspections.
• Third Party water leak detection, investigation, and resolution services. Our systematic approach to identifying the cause of an active water leak includes an initial visual evaluation, a full history review, and identifying all physical symptoms. Once we develop a hypothesis we will often try to recreate the reported leaks by simulating rainfall. We will then trace the reported intrusions back to its source. By verifying our hypothesis, we can provide an accurate final opinion and recommendations of the actual repairs needed. Since we do NOT offer repairs services, our recommendations are not motivated by expensive repairs. Once the repairs are made, we can even come back to verify that they were conducted properly.
• Aerial roof inspections using high-resolution commercial drone systems.
