About Our Services
BDG offers services in several different roles. We often work with engineering firms during the due diligence process of an acquisition. We are typically the first to inspect the exterior of a property, providing insight about the overall condition and the need, if any, for additional services to complete the due diligence evaluation.
Many commercial and multi-family properties contract us to perform annual inspections to proactively protect their investments, including annual roof inspections. We are also used in conjunction with litigation and insurance claims to either provide details as to the extent of the claim or provide bid specification for remedial actions.
BDG Inspection Services

Commercial roof surveys –BDG’s inspections are fast and affordable and provide a clear picture of active roof leaks and damaged areas. Our team can evaluate up to 300,000 SF in a single visit via our walk-over method, or millions of square feet by utilizing our aerial sUAS service.
Exterior building inspections – We can thoroughly evaluate a building’s exterior wall system for water intrusions that may have damaged the exterior sheathing and/or structural components and effectively identify potential hidden defects.
Interior building inspections – With our extensive knowledge and use of high-resolution infrared cameras, we can quickly pinpoint the exact location of water intrusions with little or no physical disassembly of the premises and with minimal disturbance to the occupants.
Aerial Infrared Inspections
BDG has an inventory of four commercial FLIR-equipped DJI Inspire and Matrice drones mounted with high-resolution infrared camera systems that can detect building and roof defects beyond the visible inspection, identifying potential problems that could cost thousands of dollars to repair.
We are FAA-authorized to perform nighttime aerial operations with an approved Daylight Operation Waiver under 14 CFR § 107.29. The waiver allows us to perform aerial infrared roof inspections throughout the United States.
