What is Infrared Thermography?
Infrared inspection (or thermography) is a non-destructive and cost-effective heat-sensing technique used to “see” and “measure” the thermal energy emitted by objects that cannot be detected by the human eye.
Thermography provides a means to view systems (electrical, mechanical, building envelopes) under normal operating conditions to identify abnormally warm or cool areas that indicate moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies and other energy losses.

These inspections can be performed in just a few hours and allow inspectors to observe the results of the inspection from the ground with virtually no risk of injury.
